ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Entrance Examination (Written and Oral) in Math and Physics. Students must score 260+/300 to get admitted to the first year of the program. Scores Between 150-260/300 will result in the student getting into a Year of Foundation. 

2. Grade 12/AS/A-Level Completion certificate with Minimum 60% or C grades in Math and Physics

3. Entrance Interview in English.

DESCRIPTION

While studying at KTU, you will get acquainted with the main processes of design, construction, installation and operation of buildings. This is general but essential knowledge that will allow you to choose the desired specialization in later years of study and focus more on the chosen topic: structures, technologies or building engineering systems.

BSc in Civil Engineering at KTU offers a broad spectrum of courses to prepare the graduates for the dynamic environment of the construction business.

  • Hands-on experience through practical tasks
  • Working with contemporary software packages, such as Building Information Modelling software (BIM), Revit, Scia Engineering, Tekla, DDS-CAD, Bentley, which enable the construction process to move to 5D or even 7D dimensions
  • Out of classroom activities and field trips to construction offices, factories, and construction sites

While studying at KTU Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, together with students of the architecture program, you will participate in the Joint Project module, during which you will work in teams, collaborate with professionals and gain practical experience in civil engineering.
