Our Terms & Conditions
- If for some unforeseen reason rescheduling is required, the candidate is mandated to notify us via email (a minimum of 3 working days, prior to the course date)
- Please note that rescheduling will be subject to the availability of seats
- We accommodate the rescheduling of the course only “once”, provided a valid reason is mentioned & a supporting document is delivered via email.
- Multiple rescheduling requests will not be tolerated and the candidate will not be reimbursed
- Eduscope International has the right to cancel or reschedule a specific course.
- In case of cancellation and rescheduling, the candidate will be notified and will have an opportunity to select the course in lieu of cancellation or rescheduling.
- NO REFUND POLICY will be implemented in this case.
The course will be forfeited :
- If the candidate fails to attend the session
- If the candidate is 20 minutes/more late for the session
- Guaranteed “NO REFUND POLICY” is implemented
