Eduscope's trained staff invests time and assist parents and students in personal guidance at the interactive sessions to jointly make the right academic decision to choose the student's best career path, with the courses available at our Universities.

Although the student makes the choice based on his career goals, aims , objectives and personal targets, parents are involved in the decision to gauge the financial commitment and support related to fees, cost of living etc for future pursuance of the course.

• Fill the application forms error free.

• In fulfilling documentary requirements for the admission process.

• Process the application and admission procedure to the University with the confirmation for the entrance exam/ further procedures. 

Study Materials for the entrance exam preparation would be shared with the students; these materials would help them focus on the right materials to be prepared for the entrance examinations.

• For Medical program applicants- Biology, Chemistry & Physics

• For Business/ IT/ Engineering applicants- Mathematics, Physics/Chemistry

• Screening tests are conducted to understand the level of applicant’s knowledge on the subjects required for the entrance examinations.

• It will also help the student understand the level of difficulty and types of questions in the entrance exam

• Detailed Feedback to the candidate from the experts in the field to open the chances of improvement.

• Counseling for the entrance exam preparation based on the screening test performance.

• Providing additional practice papers and material to help aid students in their preparation. 

As the student is registered with the University, their entrance exam is confirmed. The University exam committee conducts the written and oral exam.

•     The entrance exam will be scheduled by Eduscope at our center.

•     The results of the entrance exam will be informed to the students.

•     Seat reservation & Tuition fees payment assistance.

• Visa document checklist will be provided.

• Visa application completion.

• Student’s visa documents will be checked before submission to the Embassy.

• Book appointment at the Hungarian Embassy for the visa process.

1. Accommodation Arrangement: 

• Identify appropriate apartments for students by communicating with the parents and students. 
• Correspond with the owners and confirm the apartment with a tenancy contract. 
• If the student confirms the apartment in advance, it will not be required for the student to stay at hotels.
• Make arrangements to receive the student and others accompanying from Budapest airport, and transport them from the airport to their allotted apartment. (The charges for transportation are separately paid)
• The student would be hosted at the apartment.
• Coordinate with the owners and get the lease contract written and signed by both parties. 
• Connect the student to the owner for further dealing for the whole year.  
• Introduce the student to the owner for further dealing throughout the year. 
• Make sure that the apartment has the following basic items:
  1. Living Room: Cabinets, Sofa, coffee table.
  2. Bedroom: Proper bed, Chair, Study table 
  3.  Kitchen: Stove and Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Cutlery, plates, pans, Dining table, chairs
  4. Washroom: Shower or bathtub, Automatic washing machine

2.  Orient the student to the University.

3. Orient the student to the City. Helping to explore, get to know the prospective neighborhoods, including everyday shopping locations and directions to the University

4.  Assist in making the address card and residence permit.

5. Assist in making the student card.

6.  Assist in opening a bank account.

7. Assist in getting a Hungarian SIM card. 

8. Assist in making the internet connection to the apartment.

9.   COVID19 specific assistance:

• Helping to get the special police permission to enter Hungary (the form should be fill out exclusively in Local Language)
• Preparing the chosen apartment for the home quarantine
• Checking on the student regularly during the quarantine period
• Helping to get grocery or other items needed for the everyday life by introducing online options and if it is necessary even personal delivery
• Make sure to have direct access to a doctor by phone or through an application

10.   Upon request:

• Help to get a cleaning person,
• Help to find proven HALAL food in city
• Help to get food delivery,
• Help to communicate with the owner
• Guidance in any case, e.g.: driving license, visiting other cities or countries

We will assign representatives from the university who will accompany the group of selected students admitted through Eduscope, officially registers and settle them in the University and accommodation. Eduscope makes sure that the applicant’s transit smoothly, with all University related documents, University orientation, books, knowledge about cost of living etc.

A Preparatory program is recommended for applicants who do not have sufficient knowledge in biology, physics, chemistry, mathematics or in any of these subjects according to European standards, requires further studies and a period of acclimatization before entering their chosen program.
